Terms of Service

Last updated October 29, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Bambii (“we”, “us”, “our”) for the Bambii website at bambii.ai, the Bambii web app, the Bambii app for Mac, and the bots, apps and features they provide (together, the “Service”).

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. Who may use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You may not use it if you're barred from doing so under applicable law. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you're authorized to accept these Terms for it.

2. Your account

  • Give accurate information when you sign up, and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your sign-in methods, such as passwords and passkeys, secure. Don't share your account.
  • You're responsible for what happens under your account.
  • If you think someone else has accessed your account, tell us right away at privacy@bambii.ai.

3. Using the Service

Your content

“Your content” means what you put into the Service (messages, attachments, instructions and requests) and what the Service produces for you (replies, drafts and the apps Builder makes). As between you and us, you own your content. You give us permission to host, process and transmit it only as needed to run the Service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You confirm you have the rights to what you put in.

Connected services

When you connect Slack, Google, Notion or another service, you authorize Bambii to access that account on your behalf, within the permissions you grant. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. You can disconnect them at any time in Settings → Connections.

Actions bots and apps take for you

Bots and the apps you build can act in your connected accounts. Sending an email or posting a message asks for your confirmation first; some steps, such as saving a Gmail draft, happen without one. Actions you approve are your actions, and some, like a sent email, can't be undone. Check what you approve.

AI output

Replies and apps are generated by AI. They can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, and may not suit your situation. Review output before relying on it, and don't treat it as professional advice (legal, medical, financial or otherwise). Bots can also be misled by content they read, such as a crafted email.

Apps you build

Apps run on your own device and keep their data there. You're responsible for how you use your apps and for the data you put in them. We may stop building or running an app that breaks these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to, or try to:

  • Break the law, or infringe or violate anyone's rights, including privacy and intellectual property.
  • Harass, threaten, defraud or harm anyone, or send spam or unsolicited messages through connected accounts.
  • Create or spread malware, or build apps meant to deceive or harm their users.
  • Access accounts or data you aren't authorized to access.
  • Get around usage limits or security measures, misuse the build sandbox, or disrupt or overload the Service.
  • Copy, scrape, reverse engineer or resell the Service, or use it or its output to build a competing product or train AI models.
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your connection to anyone.

5. Usage limits and changes to the Service

The Service is currently free and has daily and monthly usage limits, which we may change. We may add, change or remove features, and suspend or end parts of the Service. If we introduce paid features, we'll show you their price and terms before you buy anything.

Some features may be marked as beta or experimental. They may change, break or be removed.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share information. It's part of these Terms.

7. Our rights

Subject to these Terms, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service. We and our licensors own the Service itself, including its software, design, and the Bambii name and logo; these Terms don't give you rights to them beyond that license.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on and links to services we don't control, such as Slack, Google, Notion and our AI provider. We aren't responsible for them, their content, or their availability.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time in Settings → Account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other people. Where reasonable, we'll tell you why. Sections 3 (Your content), 7, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 15 survive the end of these Terms.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that AI output will be accurate.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bambii won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from or related to the Service or these Terms. Our total liability for all claims related to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $100.

Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Bambii against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, actions you approve, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, please email us at privacy@bambii.ai and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally. Any dispute that isn't resolved will be heard exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. If you're a consumer, you keep any rights the law where you live gives you to bring claims there.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll let you know by email or in the app before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

15. General

  • These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
  • If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
  • Not enforcing a part of these Terms isn't a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
  • You can't transfer these Terms without our consent. We may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
  • We aren't liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
